In Treatment / TxL mode, faceted view stacks one Check | Test row per trait vertically.
Active when Factor = Treatment or TreatmentxLocation. Controls left and right panel widths.
Leave Width fields blank (NA) to auto-size by group count.
Override the default x-axis titles for each panel. Leave blank to use defaults.
Letters must be pre-computed and stored as a 'group' column in smry_checks, smry_tests, smry_loc, or smry_trt_loc.
Active when Factor = Treatment. Test treatments whose adj. mean exceeds the best check mean are highlighted on the right panel.
Controls the trait name label shown above each two-panel row (Treatment / TxL mode) and facet strips (Location mode).
In Treatment / TxL mode, Check and Test panels each carry their own legend. Set Position to 'none' to hide both.

Overlays model-adjusted means as a second point layer (Treatment & Location modes only).
Active when Factor = Treatment. A horizontal reference line marks the best check adjusted mean on the Test panel.
Controls the trait name above each two-panel row and facet strips.
In Treatment / TxL mode, each panel carries its own legend. Set Position to 'none' to hide both.
In Grouped mode all traits are overlaid in a single panel per Check/Test panel, coloured and styled by trait.
In Treatment / TxL faceted mode, one Check | Test row is stacked per trait.
Active when Factor = Treatment or TreatmentxLocation.
Leave blank (NA) to auto-size by group count.
Active when Factor = Treatment. A horizontal reference line marks the best check adjusted mean on the Test panel.
Controls the trait name label above each panel row and facet strips.
Legend is most useful in Grouped mode. Set Position to 'none' to hide it.
In Single Plot mode all traits appear on the x-axis with treatments as dodge-coloured bars. A palette is recommended.
In Treatment / TxL faceted mode one Check | Test row is stacked per trait.
Active when Factor = Treatment or TreatmentxLocation.

All settings in this section apply only in Treatment mode.
Check vertical lines and the side errorbar panel show only in Treatment mode. Each check is shown as a vertical line on the histogram and as a point <c2><b1> SE in the side panel.
Leave 'Facet Columns' blank for automatic column count.
Vertical line at the highest check adjusted mean per facet.

Annotates each treatment with a computed stability statistic.
Vertical line at the highest check grand mean per facet.
This tool generates a CSV file in the correct format for Pooled Augmented RBD analysis across multiple locations or seasons.
How to use:
1. Enter the number of Locations / Seasons
2. Enter the number of Blocks per Location.
3. Enter how many Test treatments appear in each block.
Test treatments differ per block; check treatments appear in
every block at every location.
4. Enter the number of Check treatments.
5. Enter the number of response variables (y1, y2, ...).
6. Click Create.
In the generated table, C1, C2, ... are check treatments and T1, T2, ... are test treatments. L1, L2, ... are locations. You can enter data by clicking cells or paste directly from Excel using Ctrl+V.
After data entry, click Download CSV file and upload the downloaded file in the Pooled Augmented RBD Analysis tab.
